My wife and i had this issue with our two 13 year olds,we found a link on the Monarch website to a specialist company who will give you all the advice you need. It was expensive,but allthough a little apprehensive we decided to go ahead and they arrived a little harrased after a flight delay but once out of their containers were fine,and could`nt be happier over here,recommended.
