could anybody give me the details of a reasonable insurance company either in portugal or the uk that i can insure my english registered car which i have here in portugal ?

I am with CIS (The Co op) - previously I was with SAGA and have got quotes recently which favours CIS - by a long way. For some obscure reason SAGA are now 80% more expensive than CIS - yet I have never made a claim.

Lloyd and White - were very expensive compared to the others and I have maximum No Claims Bonus to boot!

thanks for your response about the motor insurance.i went with abbeygate insurance,very good service&good prices.it cost me 389 euros for third party fire&theft cover with breakdown recovery for me&my partner&it covers any driver over the age of 30yrs old. which for an audi tt i didnt think was a bad price.many thanks again guys
