New licence for short tern rentals

Can anybody give me info on the new licence law for short term rental apartments and what is involved in obtaining one ?

And another thing please do allow plenty of time for this especially if you are thinking about renting your property for next season i would advise you to get the ball rolling, because come April/May you will have 1000 of property owners
wanting to do the same. having left it to the last minute, and dont forget risking heavy fines from the authorities.A scary thought.
