Construction work to the north of Vale de Milho
Does anyone know what's being built on the land to the north of Vale de Milho, between the back of the VdeM villas up towards the El Paso restaurant? Any info would be very welcome. Thanks, Pete
Look on the Luz Properties web site. It is a 32 2 and 3 bedroom luxury townhouse development with individual underground garaging and 2 pools. Prices start at 400000+. According to Luz there is a planned building programme over 18 months. The website details give computer generated images of the development set into the existing surrounding infrastructure.
On the road down from El Paso to the new development there is a separate and unconnected project fro 3 villas.

Yes it is Luz Select. If you cut and paste the following into the web address bar it will take you will to the development

I have to confess that I do not know how to create a link! How sad is that.

There has been no activity at all on this site for some time. When I spoke last month to some one whose house is close to the site he said that he had seen reports suggesting that the developers/builders had hit financial problems. Whether this is true I do not know. Enquiries at Luz Select gained a reply that the developers wanted to change something about the underground carparking and were waiting for approval from the Camara.
Whatever is happening it is very quiet at the moment.
