Any Idea of IMI tax on 240k property Vila Golfemar
Dear All,
Yet again I keep asking for help and advice and I hope that once I am a fully fledged owner I can return the favour to newcomers.
We keep reading conflicting prices and yet to have guideline even though we have exchanged promissary contract.
Feel rather foolish but our agent said it would be about 400 euro per year and we are reading around 2,500 per year.
Can anyone please give us an idea. We are buying on vila golfemar.
