Property agent - great service!

Post by Dave25 »

Just got back from a fantastic (but all too brief) week in a rented villa at Clube Atlantico. For business reasons it was essential that I stayed in touch with my office in London and could access my office PC, so I took the option of a week's internet service, having brought a laptop with VPN software for the purpose.

Initially I connected just fine, but on the second morning (a Saturday) I couldn't connect. The problem was a strange one, difficult to solve, but the property agents couldn't have been more helpful. The firm in question is Karl Kalkbrenner, run by Karl and Margarita and their son Rene. They really put themselves out to help, and before long the problem was solved. I wouldn't normally write a post like this, but I'm so pleased with their service and the help I received that I think it deserves a mention.

If any villa owners are looking for property management agents that will REALLY look after their guests then I can strongly recommend Kalkbrenner. They can be reached on 282 357 205

I too can certainely vouch for the Kalkbrenner´s. We´ve rented villas
through them 4-5 times and they are sincerely helpful and very proffesional. We had a problem with one of the patio door´s once, gave them a ring and a locksmith was there in less then an hour, same thing
when we had a problem with the dishwasher etc, etc.

So can really recommend them as well!

Talking about Atlantico I don't seem to hear about burglaries there, are they immune? :?

The lack of crime probably has to do with the get away route plus at the entrance they do post that the resort has CCTV. Maybe a good idea for parts of Carvoeiro Clube.
