Recommended Handyman Please

I need to have my swimming pool re-tiled. Is anyone able to recommend a reliable, English speaking company/individual please?

Also, I have a problem with my 2 year old 2 metre double gates. Ever since they were installed, I have had to continually re-align them so that they will close properly. Now there is no alignment left. The original builder maintains that to fix the problem permanently will require them to be fully automated at a cost of over 1,000 Euros!

I don´t believe that this is the solution. Can anyone recommend an English speaking person, skilled in gate installations, who might be able to advise and fix the problem?

Try paul the english builder for your pool tiling work , he is very good and has reasonable rates , mob 917450619

If you do manage to get the gates fixed, could you please pm me, since we have the same problem, and are close to giving up and replacing them.

Will do. I have had the gates off and have come to the conclusion that they were not properly installed in the first place. The bottom of each gate fits in to a retaining shoe and one of these was too close to the pillar, resulting in the gate not being horizontal to the ground. Each attempt to re-align the gate resulted in more pressure being put on the fixing bolts, screwed into the pillar, with the result that the bolts bent downwards. Finally there is no alignment left.

I will continue to seek professional advice and let you know if I am successful.
