indoor heated pools

Post by Robbie »

I have asked this question in the past but can anybody tell me if there is an indoor pool around Carvoeiro which accepts people who are not members. The last time I asked the question I was told about a number of the local hotels but in February I travelled around every one of them without exception and you could not use the pool unless you were staying in the complex. I found a brilliant pool in Boca Do Rio but it is a long distance away. I will in Carv. from 30th Dec to 4th Jan and will have 8 children of different ages to entertain and as you know the outdoor pools are a non runner in Jan. If I cannot get a pool to amuse them then I will need to take lessons on refereeing boxing matches !!!!

Without a pool available in Dec / Jan, you could always bring 'your donkey' and race against the local one!
I'm sure the kids would love donkey rides around the town as the train won't be running then either :(

Dalcassian,
The kids are 2, 4, 7, 8, 10,10, 14 & 15. Now how do you entertain that lot. Not all mine might I add !!!! Maybe I could just lose them at Faro airport and collect them like you would collect any lost baggage at a later date !!!!
