The restaurant area at Clube Golfemar

I heard a rumour a few weeks ago that the restaurant at Clube Golfemar has eventually either been sold or rented out and is supposed to open soon. Does anyone know if this is true? I looked at buying a property there last year but was put off by the uncertainty surrounding this restaurant, so if it is true it may be worth anyother look.
