as a special place with unique people (some of them) and nice countryside (in between apartment blocks) - is it not time that the Algarve declared its independence from Portugal.

if you were President of Algarvia what changes would you make?

the first thing I would is to build a tramway system along the Algarve coast with big picture windows like those canadian trains. with seating allocated on the old british colonial ship system POSH (Portimao out silves home)
