Flights from Northern Ireland
Hi,
Could any one tell me, especially Rod, where do you fly from and what airline you use going to the Algarve from Northern Ireland? It would be handier for us to drive to the north rather than fly to London before going on to Faro.
The flights from Dublin direct in the summer are very expensive, does any body know of a cheap airline flying directly from Ireland?

Thank you both kindlyfor the help, ryanair do fly from dublin but despite all the hype they can be dammed expensive even moreso than aerlingus.I might keep an eye on airtours from belfast though,at least its an other option and its only an extra 2 hours drive from tipperary. The main problem using connecting flights is that no matter how cheap the fares are theres still four sets of taxes and they can be a killer with the the sterling rate.By the way rod i got direct return flights ,dublin -faro for 209 euro for this sunday from a crowd called "atlas travel (pamela) ph.no.01 2412309. Probably of no use to our english friends but your only up the road and they are priced in euro.Anyway, thanks again i better go and pack now or i,ll end up in armacao with a dustbin liner filled with dirty socks.
good luck,
gerry
