watersports

pls can anyone advise if there are good watersports around in the last week of May...water-skiing, windsurfing etc as a friend is coming out for the first time abroad and would like to do some. I have been going for the last 25 years but have never wanted to do this typer of thing. I take it the best places would be Paria da Rocha & Albufeira

There is a lot of windsurfing and that sort of thing down at Ferragudo beach. There is a dutch bloke that does it down there who appartantly a windsurfing champion, may be worth a look.
