I always have trouble with me microwave (dont like using it..but its handy)....
Things seem to spit all over the place in there

.....specially me carrots..
maybe Sam could advise me..should I have everything covered?
Mind you..I like it in winter...my oats come out delicious then..touch of cream/maple syrup..
