Does anyone know if their are any Tatoo parlors in CVO or the surrounding areas that they would recommend?

Who said that i was the one that was going to get a tattoo. I was asking on behalf of one of my friends that will be coming to CVO with me in June...

can't he get one in UK?
if he thinks it's cheaper over in portugal is well mistaken, i think there's one in Lagos by the way.
