Broadband in Carvoeiro

Hi. we have recently bought a villa near the Tennis Club. Does anyone know if there is yet Broadband availability in that area and if so from whom.

I live in Carvoeiro and get broadband,cable TV and telephone from a company called Cabo Visao whose office is in Portimao. The prices vary on what packages/speeds you choose. There website is www.cabovisao.pt and you can type in the post code (codigo postal) of your address and they will tell you if your area is covered by their services.

I can tell you that a client of ours in the "D Area" of Carvoeiro Clube does not have access to CaboVisao. As far as I know, they are only offering service in the centre of town and up the Estrada do Farol.

We are in Mato Serrao, close to QDP and we have broadband through PT.

Take the advice of John1 - we have had Cabovisao in Boa Vista (just down the road from the tennis club) for over 3 years now.
Telephone and broadband services very good but TV is very limited in terms of English language programes.
