the algarve news reported that it is expected that 1 in 10 will be short of water....a friend who runs a b and b in messines and who has bought water from neighbours borehole for past 10 years has now been told by neighbour that he cannot supply anymore water after march....now she has a BIG problem with a b and b to run

The forecast is for showers but it would need to rain non stop for a whole week to restore reservoir levels to anywhere near where they should be.
