Medical-swimming in Lagoa

Is it still a necessity for those wishing to use Lagoa´s public swimming baths to obtain a Doctor´s certificate? If so, any idea of cost?

you do still need a medical ( well up until a few months ago ), unfortunately I dont know the costs . Sorry M
