Sisa tax

I am due to pay sisa tax in the next couple of months. Am I right in thinking the laws relating to sisa tax are about to change? I am not purchasing offshore.

If you go to the home page and check the Financial Section you will find an article on this very subject. Also if you scroll down the General index you will find a post from 'kidson' with the same title, posted on april 13 with 10 replies including a very comprehesive one from Webmaster Steen

Changes to the method of taxation planned for May will not now come into effect until June as the President of the Republic has to sign the change in the law.
