Quinta do Paraiso

We are buying a villa on the Quinta, but will not use it a great deal in the first year. Anyone familiar with the system enabling occasional use of the facilities, mainly swimming pools? There didn't seem to be any control over access when we visited in July. Of course we could ask on the development, but might then be stuck with their answer.

we too are buying a villa at paraiso , we would be interested to find out if other owners rent without the help of the paraiso managment i.e maids villa managment , costs etc , any help would be appreciated
