Drive-Through Carwash

Are there any drive-through carwash facilities in the area? I can't be bothered with the jet-wash places and would sooner wash the car at home, but in this weather it is rather hot work.

The Petrol station on the in/out road just outside Carvoeiro towards Lagoa has one.

I have been to Algarve Shopping their is a car wash on Pisso 1 underground service wash good value and a good john usuall go day after I have driven from UK
