Pet Friendly Hotel

Can anyone recommend a pet friendly ( 2 retrievers) hotel near Bilbao? The return ferry at the end of August departs Bilbao quite early in the morning, so I'll never make the journey in one hit unless driving throughout the night, which I don't particularly fancy :?
