Accommodation needed

Hi all. I am a regularly visitor to CVO. However, due to my wife reducing her working hours due to ill health, our funds are severely depleted. So a subsequent return is subject to finding somewhere to stay at the right price. Historically we have stayed in villas or spacious houses. Funds, and the number of people now travelling mean we are now on the look out for smaller accommodation. Ideally we would like a one bedroom appartment or studio in the town centre. Preferably not above a shop, maybe on a complex. We are not bothered about a private pool !!
Arriving Thursday 25th July 2013 for ten nights. Any help / tips or offers gratefully accepted. Many thanks in advance guys x
