Help! need some advice

Need some advice!
My wife and I recently bought a property in a Turistic complex only to find that there have been some problems with the owner of the complex and the residents.

Namely the residents voted in favour of a change in management Coy, it would seem to the resentment of the Turistic development owner. He (the owner) now wishes all the residents to place all the property rentals through him! for a percentage! He himself rents property, which he still owns in the complex.

Would I be right in assuming that in this situation he to must pay a percentage of the money he makes on his rentals into the condominium along with the others who rent? And that the percentage should go to the condominium and not the Turistic development owner? Along with any charge levied for maintenance etc?
It may be that the conditions attached to Turistics differ in each case I don’t know can anyone advise me?

Answers to these questions will be found in the Titulo Constitutivo for the turistic complex. Ask for a copy, and read it. If you have particular concerns, you can consult the Direction General of Tourism.
