Birthday cake

Good morning to all. Hope you are well? My family and I are out in Carvoeiro again in the summer and my father and I are throwing a surprise 60th birthday party for my mum while we are there. Can anyone advise if there is a cake maker to do a fancy surprise cake? Obviously would like something that little bit special as my father is flying the family out there to surprise her and a nice meal out at the Italian, think theres around 16 of us. Also does anyone do balloons? Its for Saturday 1st August.

There is a lovely new Coffee Shop on the inroad that does lovely Cakes, I asked last week and they need a couple of days notice as I want one myself in July and again in Aug, I will get the no when I am out in July and put it on for you and tell you what the Cake is like.
