Where the hell???

Have a look at the web cam on this site. There is now a road sign instructing vehicles to turn right at the bottom of the hill. I presume this is an instruction for amphibious vehicles only!

Just looked at the Algarve web cam and still none the wiser.

Looking at the algarve webcam for the square, it looks like there are blocks outlining a route for cars when they come down the hill and turn right.
