finally found long term rental

moving to portimao next month and was starting to get worried trying to find a long term rental at the right price but after spending hours upon hours surfing the web my wife who is in Portimao at the moment finally has signed up for a 4 bedroom brand new apartment for a year for 650 euros a month which i personally think is quite good considering everywhere else seems to just want to rent out for the holliday season at very high prices
your comments please {am i paying to much?}

If she thinks it's ok, what's the problem. £100 a month seems a good bet, trust the Mrs.

While I agree that you should Trust the Mrs I think the maths is a bit suspect.

As far as I know £100 = approx €65 not €650 = £100. However round about £425 a month still sounds OK for a T4 Apartment.
