Fabulous news Elise Designs exclusive range of handcrafted cards (including Christmas) are now in stock at Aladins Gifts in Carvoeiro.

I have just noticed on the Elise Designs website that they are doing several Christmas Fairs too, including one at the Hotel Garbe.

Get your Christmas card orders in now. They really are lovely.

Elise Designs is also stocked at Magna Carta in Alvor.
You can kill 2 birds with one stone. Get your Christmas cards and beautiful books to give over the holiday.

I have just received some fantastic handcrafted Christmas cards from Elise Designs. They were ordered online and posted to me within just a couple of days, all personalised. I received them two days after they were posted in Portugal, fantastic service and well recommended.

If you don't see exactly what you are looking for drop them a message on their website and they will get back to you.

I am recommending them to everyone I know.

Yes, we have had cards made by Elise, they are are really nice, good quaility and personal.
Well worth the litte extra for someone special.

I am not advertising them I am recommending them! The same as anyone recommends a restaurant or a bar! I do not get commision or any perks from them so hardly advertising in my book!

mmmm- not wanting to pick an argument here but had you actually been to Aladdins Gifts and viewed the cards before making such glowing recommendations in three sections of the forum? It just appears that the post was made a long time before you actually ordered anything.

Only slightly suspicious because I know the person behind the card business is very much into referral marketing and your post sounded much more like a sales pitch than a personal recommendation.

You don't know me Graham so be very careful what you start accusing me of!

I have seen the cards in Magna Carta and when I knew they were for sale in Aladdins Gifts I chose to tell everyone, why go to Alvor when you can get them in CVO? I have also seen the cards being crafted, which may be more than you have! I was so impressed with quality of the Christmas cards, and the speed in which they were delivered, so of course I am going to recommend them!

As for the three sections of the forum, yes you are right.... I did that for a reason! If suziebear and White Rabbit 2 can do the same why not me! I wanted to make sure everyone saw it!

I am afraid I am going to have to interject here, because this is getting a bit out of hand.

Firstly, there is a big difference between someone seeking or promoting employment and someone recommending a 3rd party product.

Secondly, and this is what gets my goat, is posting external links on the boards. If it is a buisness and does not have carvoeiro.com in the url, I don't want to see it.
I delete these on a daily basis and there are a number that slip by me, but I will start removing threads instead of adding the friendly MOD-tag-reminder if even the veterans of the forum start disregarding a few simple rules.
