I must put a note out to Simon who supplied me with my half a side of smoked Salmon as the winner of the first recipie competition

God it was big, I mean the Salmon. May I say the taste was exceptional, the quality of the Salmon was very very good, far superior to what I have tasted in the past. We have have just returned from a 17 day stay and out of that spent 3 days demolishing the Salmon. For five adults it fed us two ver good main meals and a couple of good lunchtime snacks plus the odd person nickin'it out of the fridge when passing (my dad). Success for the future I hope that lots of forum users visit your shop. Well done.

Thank you for your comments, glad you liked it! Simon is currently here for three weeks - busmans holiday springs to mind and John and Simon are currently out fish shopping

hence me answering the email as I am left holding the fort so to speak. Thanks for the emails that you have sent, you will soon be able to see your testimonies on their new website, once my Godson gets his fingers going across hia kwyboard so to speak.

If you liked the Alligator, you will love the Zebra and Kangaroo, really tasty, although I did have to put all childhood thoughts of Skippy to the very back of my mind!!

Everybody who has had the Salmon are all saying it is the best smoked salmon they have every tasted, which is making the boys very happy and positive about their new venture.
