Bote Disco
Bote Disco
Is the new and hopefully greatly inmproved Bote actually opening this weekend? Carol's newsletter seems to indicate the opening may be postponed. I am out next weekend (12th) with some guys and was looking forward to checking it out! Any other suggestions if it's closed for late entertainment?
Yep Wattsey its on the way to the tennis club. If you go up to the circle where there are lots of restuarants you will find it in the corner.Go up past O Castello., past the O Botico restuarant, keep going and you will find Monte CVO, there is a golf shop there. Go around the mini roundabout just before the golf shop and take the 2nd right and follow it around and park outside Pheonix Nights and walk through to the Monte CVO square where the restuarants and jazz club is. Think my directions are pretty accurate, but then again I do not drive and I am blonde

Bote and entertainment from young comments
Have just returned from CVO with three 19-22 year olds. Apparently the disco openend Friday night but mine were a little peeved as they were unable to go due to an early flight home! The In place seems to be the busiest and stayed open till 6am on 3 mornings of our stay. I have to say that even as an oldie that got dragged in the entertainment offered by the cocktail shacking bar staff was amazing and they had a friendly welcome for all. Wouldn't want to live above it though! The Round up was popular and they love Dave at the Jailhouse. Sullys was apparently best avoided as there always seemed to be someone looking for a fight and they got pestered by people pushing drugs both times they tried it. they enjoyed the Jazz club as well and the two sports bars were also popular. Fabulous weather this visit! Although looking at the colour of the boys you wouldn't know that as the sun doesn't shine at night
. Apologise to anyone the ladz on tour may have sung to etc over the last week you have another couple of months to recover before they return!!!!!!
Sounds like its really going down hillSullys was apparently best avoided as there always seemed to be someone looking for a fight and they got pestered by people pushing drugs both times they tried it.

Just to make it clear. Bote opened last Friday....I paid a visit Saturday night. I was very impressed friendly staff, nice atmosphere especially out of the terrace overlooking the beach with a nice cold drink in your hand!
From what I understand it will be avoiding its teeny bopper past with the new management...
Well worth a visit!

So what age group are we talking about Bife ?? Am I likely to get a bit of Abba or Status Quo or Phil Collins or New order or Madonna or dare I say it Boom boom bang What ya got ye ye ye
you will notice I have gone from the seventies (before my time
) right through to today's rubbish. I have often thought if you met somebody like MC Hammer or one of these headbangers in Carvoeiro on holiday and an ould fashioned sing song started with few beers on board would they actually be able to sing a song at all.
