Sully's bar and the round up.

Post by Sam-x »

Have to make a very big shout out to everyone who works in these bars,
To Manuel and Philip in sully's
and everyone else in the round up.

They are the best 2 pubs in carvoeiro in my opinion, Was guaranteed a wicked night everytime i was there!

I think Sully´s used to be much better before changing hands - very heavy and strange atmosphere now, full of kids.

We were over in Carvoeiro last week and only visited Sully's once - much preferred the atmosphere prior to the changeover. Back there in twelve weeks so will give it another try then. Maria works at the Rocha Brava cafe now.

I agree totally Kappa. Sully's has really gone downhill. All the kids have moved to it from Rascals and other areas and it is very different in my opinion. Gone is Maria's smile when you walk in after being away for 4 months and she knows you by name. The really stupid thing is that they have a dart board on the wall as you walk in and with the clientelle they receive now you are likely to get a dart in the head just walking past the place. I'm afraid its no more Sully's for me    Maybe during the day but not at night. But to all you young folk out there its the place to be before heading off to the night club
