Moving my Business to Carvoeiro

Im planning to relocate my business to the Carvoeiro area and would appreciate any advice on the following issues.

We currently trade financial futures out of a small office in Stamford Lincolnshire and the business can be run anywhere that has good broadband or leased line facilities and access to satellite TV for the news services.

I'd therefore like to know how reliable broadband services in the area are and the frequency of any power cuts or interuptions to telephone and satellite TV services.

I'd also like to know if there are any websites dealing with the lease of office space and / or long term (6 month +) villa rentals.

Finally i'd like to know if anybody has a view on how the recent global financial problems and the weak pound will have an affect on property prices in the Algarve. In the last few months the pound has fallen from 1.45 to 1.28 against the Euro causing prices to rise by nearly 15% for a sterling buyer.
