NEW PLANNING APPROVALS by SILVES CAMARA

I have seen a report in the resident about a number of new approvals which will add 1000,s of new beds to the region.

Does anyone know how this may impact on the local area. sadly one of these new approvals is for the Praia Grande area nr Pera with two new golf courses and almost 4000 beds.
