Thank-you Tricks mate, appreciate and glad you enjoyed.
D'you know I still relive that time whenever Im cooking 'roast potatoes'...and not doing them 'the right shape' !

Before our months were up at the Manor, I made a few more 'faux pas's in the kitchen!

Ive still got little way to go with the book but Im pushing on now,
thanks for your support my friend x

Hi Lesley :)
Yes thanks we're ok here (managing to keep dry, though its been raining again here :( )....hope you are too?
Also hope you had good time with 'bruv' in Canada? Hope all was good for him and you enjoyed?

I don't think book will be out till into new year.I still have some way to go but as you know its got to go through editing (takes a while) ..also trying to save my 'dosh' for it :)

Ive put some little snippets on the corner :)

Hi Ellie.

Have just caught up with your latest additions, thoroughly enjoyed them. I'll add my voice to everyone else's and say I can't wait for the next book. I know it must be hard work but keep at it.

Hope you and the family are all well in this atrocious weather. Wouldn't it be nice to be sunning ourselves in Carvoeiro? Ho hum...

Take care,

Jock.

Hiya Jock..nice to see you here :)
Thank-you for kind words of encouragement.
Hope you are safe and dry in your part of Sheffield and that its not raining again? You've really had it bad there haven't you?
We've escaped flooding in this part ( only a little in the driveway) but theres been some in Louth and Horncastle (they've been put on alert again there today)
Pretty miserable day here, cloudy, rainy but quite humid!

Your hols sounded fun & interesting (I always find France a little 'spooky' in an interesting way) and love the food :P

Yeah wouldn't it be great to be sunning ourselves in Carvoeiro's little bay right now...well we can dream can't we?

Thanks again, elliex
