According to their t and. Cs transponder is 20 euro and 15 euros useable , they have a fair useage fuel ( bring back with same in ) out of hours collection fee but no out of hours return fee, extra top up insurance fees ( I've not had a car hire from anyone anywhere lately that does not charge these fees
In fact it's all very similar to Yor except its 1/3 cheaper ( just like Yor used to be )
Time will tell I will know next week when I pay
