How busy & hot is it??

We must have a micro-climate here temperature is showing 19c and the sky is still, and has been all afternoon, completely obscured by cloud at 2 to 3 thousand feet.

No sweaters, blankets or heating but equally no skinny dipping

Plenty of fat, thickish blood but after you have lived here as long as us you too will become Portugal climatised and take the p--s out of the tourists in their shorts, t-shirts and flipflops whilst you shiver in your multi tog anarak

Another grey morning with lots of thick cloud . Been here a few times now and never had it as bad as this weatherwise,barring a few hours here and there that's almost a full week under a blanket of cloud

Aye due to the fact were on holiday and not working etc but weatherwise this week the uk wins hands down . Pretty gutting when I'm getting pictures sent from home ( Scotland) asking if I'm missing the sunshine ,it's been scorching there all week

Don't worry, the weather is due to change on Tuesday and get hotter for the rest of the week. Guess what day I fly back? Tuesday of course,

Do not believe everything you hear, On the N Somerset coast it has been sunny but there has been a cool NW wind. Out of this it has is warm but certainly not as hot as this time last year.

It's been warm enough in Worcestershire this weekend. Bit cooler today though.

It has been glorious in the north west for the past week,a little cloud today but still warm.
Out on the 24th so hope all the cloud in Cvo has passed by.

This weather is really weird. I went across to Bristol last week. Travelled to the south Cotswolds in warm sunshine but then went a bit north towards Stratford and had cold cloudy conditions then on to Bristol in lovely summer conditions. Drove back under cloud and drizzle which turned to heavy rain on the M4 and M25 and then cleared up to sunshine again in Kent but with a very cold North Easterly wind. Clouded over again today and still coldish. Off to Spain on Thursday for some proper sunshine I hope

Yippee !!! The Solfeiras and Sesmarias weather has finally arrived in Boa Vista - removed my overcoat today, looked at the pool and decided tomorrow will be the day to take the plunge
