Do they not realise that there are spaces reserved for the disabled ( I would count them as mentally disabled with their atitudes ) just a few spaces away or are the incapable of walking the additional few metres from one illegally parked car to another.

I assume that in the UK you are also the types who park in spaces reserved for the disabled or any other that you do not qualify for because its more convenient.
