The first fundamental requirement of your recipe is proving elusive Drew - Moveison tell me they have no Webers in stock as it is out of season! Any other ideas as to possible stockists?

Certainly makes it more difficult.
Sorry I can't help you further. Looked at weberbbq.com international but it doesnt list Portugal or Spain. Maybe some of the residents can help you out. Ideally you want a 57cm model, and no funny answers to that one please digger

I don't think Digger will be able to resist that one Drew!
I would love to try your Smoked Turkey but Im rather stuck as I dont own a BBQ. But I might try some of the flavourings on my Christmas Capon just to liven it up a bit......
and have a spare one standing by in case of disaster

Ellie…. I am able to resist commenting on Drewpea’s 57cm. You asked for help and I am busy working on a shopping list for your Christmas dinner:
1 lb turkey sausages
pack of McCain crinkle-cut potatoes (chestnut stuffing flavour)
pack BirdsEye Brussel sprouts
Fortnum & Masons Christmas pudding
Tin of Byrds instant custard

um………can you think of anything else?

Been trying to work out 57cms (in my small woman's brain )..is that nearly 2 feet  Doesn't that sound a bit small for a big bird?
Oi Digger..you implying I can't cook?
Ask Tricky..she'll vouch for me.....
Mind you..your list sounds pretty 'instant'..could save myself a lotta time...But I could put myself out a bit by making my extra special tasty stuffing just to give it that real 'home cooked' taste....
How about starters?.......
would it be okay to serve goat's cheese with olives d'you think? Im passionate about both......
p.s Ive made my own pudding from grandma's secret family recipe 8)
Why do I have a sneaking feeling that Drew will treat us with complete disdain :(
Now. Where do I buy a Weber? and its gotta be a fiftysevener! :)
