Hi All,

I too have only made one posting, but you can be assured I check everyday for weather cam , updates on new and refurbished bars/restaurants to try out upon our return.

It really does keep you going. looking at the weather knowing you will be returning to this wonderful place in a few weekstime.

One other thing does anyone know the exact address for the Dulimar Apartments , I think they are just off the IN road.

Keep up the excellent work.

Hello everyone, I too check the site every day - well sometimes two or three times a day - to keep up with what's going on etc. I have also posted a few times and it's lovely when you get a reply from one of the regulars. Will be there for a week from June 12 and we are really looking forward to it, can't wait. Also have booked for the whole family in October. They are all very excited as they haven't visited Carvoeiro before. My daughter looks at the site regularly too although she has never visited but that will be remedied in October. Best wishes to all.

Hi,

I have been a member since jan 2003, following on from the days when it was a simpler forum.
Due to a wonderful holiday sept 01and 02, not to Carvoeiro ,but to Praia da Luz.
In Sept 2003 I stayed in a villa just outside carvoeiro, val de rei, but dined each evening for 21 nights in Carvoeiro.
It was the best holiday I ever had.
The website affords me many a wonderful memory, so , I don't feel the need to log in, as I enjoy reading other people's posts, which more often than not, answer any questions I may have.
I also work full time, have busy life, teensge kids .... say no more!!!., and other things to do, like washing up and cleaning!!!
Possibly when I can afford to work less, then, I will have the time to post , but, until then, I am afraid I will remain one of the silent many!!
However, am glad for the posts, and will maybe one day, add!!

Regards to all users,

Annie

Hi
I have been checking the forum for the past 3 years. Having been coming to CVO for the last 4 years and will be returning agian in Sept. Love the forum for the great discussions and the reviews on the restuarants so that we can try new ones each year. We are also thinking of coming out for New Year this year just waiting for the flights to be released.

Robbie wrote:I agree totally in that humans are nosey by nature and a lot of people register with a view to taking it further but never actually do. I don't post very often but find the wedsite absolutely fantastic. A tonic every day at break time and given the frequency of my visits to the village I use it as a means of building myself up for my next visit (two weeks time !!) It is nice to register credit when it is due, so can I take the opportunity to thank everyone involved in the maintenance of the site and to all "keep up the excellent work"
Fully agree with the above Robbie, I'm sure quite a number of visitors will dip in and out of the website. I usually look in at least once a week but much more before and after a visit.
You tend to find that any queries you may have have already been coverered by recent posts, therefore there is often no need to keep asking the same questions.

A big thank you to the whole community. :)

I liked the badge idea as when I was over last month I looked around and wondered if anyone in the bar or on the street were regulars or contibuters to the forum. It would be good to recognise a fellow member.
