And I had to concede "Walsall" which sounds right for that spot. We will just have to wait to see what Croeso says but I am happy enough with my guesswork.

This time you have to find the Top 25 posters (shown in descending order). Amazingly I am in at number nine with just 175 postings . . . that's a few short of my 2237 on the Hisaronu forum!

I think Blondelle/Ellie would have taken the top spot if she consistently used one log in and didn't post as a guest half the time and if you added in the "a.k.a's".

There are others with "a.k.a's", not all of them that easy to spot - this could be our christmas game, except we played it in the summer and it wasn't a pleasant sight!!

Call me pedantic, but shouldn't that be a.k.a.s - plural?

Not getting at you, it's just that too many people misuse the humble apostrophe nowadays. It's a shame that its use is abused in this manner.

That didn't take long - sorry Mike (4 errors) Maddi is the winner! Well Done - sorry I can't provide a prize. see below for answer sheet:

The sun shone BRIGHTON the day we left for the ORIENT aboard an ancient wooden ship, which had a HULL riddled with holes.

As we sailed down the river which LEEDS to the sea we waved to the fair maid leaning against the MILLWALL.

The CREWE was made up of some Welshmen and others of the CELTIC race. They were a rowdy bunch and after a drinking session they did in fact WREXHAM furniture. The exception being a small lad called CHARLTON (or CLYDE) whose job it was to STOKE the boiler.

He was illiterate but won our HEARTS for his work and efforts to improve his READING. Sometimes he was sent to COVENTRY by some of the villains, especially by those who brought their ARSENAL of weapons on board.

The voyage made my MOTHERWELL, she had not had a holiday FORFAR too long and the sea AYR did her CHESTER lot of good!

We eventually landed LEYTON in the day on the SOUTHEND of the island. At the foot of the hills where local natives BURY their dead we crossed a MANSFIELD and saw another man in a quarry BRECHIN some rocks.

During the day we caught some fish in a BLACKPOOL and tried unsuccessfully to get some fresh milk from some wild cows because they didn’t like having their HUDDERSFIELD. So, we PRESTON regardless heading for the home of the islands monarch QUEEN OF THE SOUTH.

When we found her she was very upset because her CRYSTAL PALACE had been smashed when the WALSALL fell down. However, whilst her NEWCASTLE was being built she was forced to live in a sumptuous VILLA.

When we found the tribe’s hidden treasure, we put al the LUTON the ship and set sail for home determined to put it all in the HALIFAX building society.

That night, the ships cook served up some DUNDEE cake, CHELSEA buns and some OLDHAM that made us all ill.
