Scooters

Gary and I have a scooter here in Holland that we sometimes use in nice weather. We were going to purchase a scooter to leave at our place in CVO but find that the prices in Portugal, local vendors, are really high. Even tried contacting scooter suppliers as far north as lisbon but they never reply to email. Anyway question is If we decide to take our scooter down to CVO, do you know the price of changing plates etc and any decent transport agents. Just need to find out legality of it all.
