Long Term Rental needed

Hi All
I'm looking for a long term rent (poss 2-3years)
In Carvoeiro-Lagoa-Porches area, basically near the international school.
I live and work in the area already, wife and 2 kids (4-7years at the school).
The reason for the rent, looking at a long term legal battle with a developer (as you know could take 2-3years)
Need
3-4 bedroom villa (one needed as office, I work on internet)
Pool, away from the main road (kids!)
Budget 800-1200 pm depending on property
Well known locally so references not a problem.
No agents please, rather deal privately.
