What Time does Ele e Ela Open in the evening

Can anybody tell me what time in the evening does Ele e Ela open, also does it open on a Monday evening as I have just tried to ring them up and make a reservation for when we come over on the 21st and I got no answer.

Thanks for the number, just for the record, dont presume that that everybody with usernames like mine are Southampton fans, I come from the North of England and follow St Helens Rugby League Team Who are also called the Saints.
