Long Term Villa Rental Availability?

Well, what can I say... Just returned to the UK from the beautiful Algarve... It was everything I imagined and more... The people were friendly, weather was hot, food was great and the beaches were spectacular! Carvoeiro was our favourite place of all, just perfect...W W...

We are now looking to rent our house here in the UK and rent a villa somewhere between Carvoeiro and Lagos for a year to really get a feel for this amazing country.

Can anyone tell me the best places to look for a long term rental at sensible prices? Ideally a 2 or 3 bed villa or similar with a pool and any ideas on prices?

I agree about the country, and you have certainly settled on the right area.
When we decided to buy we came over and drive from the Spanish border to Cape St Vincent., and this area was head and shoulders above the rest.
You wont have trouble getting winter rental...Oct-May at about £300 a week or thereabout.
I rent mine out, and certainly wouldnt want to tie myself down over the summer, but am more than happy to consider a winter rental
Im at Vale Centeanne, above the beach about 2Km east of Carvoeiro.
