then have you thought of the Ukraine...seems its a bit like being in Portugal just after the revolution.
check this web site..some property seems pricey but others in the mountains quite cheap...I think that the ukraine wants to join the EU soon as well.

yes I know its a bit out of date (2002) but did you kinow there is not one single golf course in the ukraine
