I see this spot of breaking news about Portugal..but its surely a bit early to celebrate as John 1V is still waiting for his throne licence to be approved (lei 2345.890.1)..he then of course needs to get his party licence (lei 2346.890345:0) ....erm watch this space or come back in 200 years
