EVEN MORE UP MARKET DEVELOPMENTS ???

It would appear to me that this particular subject, is becoming nothing more than advertisements for various projects along with their respective developers. Are we to next suffer information on who the actual selling agents are, or are they indirectly already here working on the forum? The selling agents taking 5 - 6% commission, a vast different style then the amount paid of a few Euros to those who actually work very hard to build such projects. The Portuguese not even getting a look in.

The Portuguese economy, has not changed in 30yrs despite all the projects so why is it going to change now

Wake up and see the trees......the rate we are going that will not be much longer

I hope Nightrider that you are not suggesting I have any hidden agenda, I have made my position clear on more than one occaison.

As for other contributors I give them the benefit of the doubt until proven otherwise.
You know they may genuinely beleive that these new developments are a good thing ( I am undecided ).
They don,t have to be connected BUT a statement confirming or otherwise any connection with the property business would be welcome.

At least they do,nt all sign in as GUEST !!!

Of course no problem, I have no connection whatsoever with any form of golf courses, property development, developers, infrastructures and or anything of such nature and more importantly neither do I wish to.
