Urgent ! Male partner needed

How funny this must sound for you... But we do need male partners for salsa dancing classes in Lagoa. The Cultural Association "Ideias do Levante" just started classes, there is one group for Monday nights and another for Friday nights, 1 hour per week each group, two months all together. If you would like to join us and to have lots of fun when learning and then in salsa clubs all over the Algarve, please come !
Attention: this is not a "No" for girls and ladies, everyone is welcome.

Not sure about the once a week classes, but my friends and i will be in Carvoeiro at the end of June and would love to find a place to take some salsa lessons.

Keep my contacts then and send a message or call before you come, I'll see what I can do for you. Please let me know how many persons, how long staying and what is your/their availability for the classes.
This class is supposed to end in June, but another round is being planned, no cpecific dates yet. And there are couple other schools in the area, we'll find something for you. Keep in touch. And I'm going tomorrow for mine !

I have a video and music CD of Salsa if anyones interested? Its yours 'gratis' ..I want nada...they've only been played once!
Not the same...doing it indoors with just the broom for a partner!

I like the idea of classes though..and a real flesh & blood partner.....
but Id be a total beginner............
is there any hope for a middle aged woman(with bit of a cronky knee!) in learning something new?
Its years since I went to dance school and any kind of dance actually

Dear Elle,

Sorry for "abandoning" my own posting, I should have had a look here sooner.
Of course, you can learn something, middle age is just middle ! With our classes it's getting difficult, we are refusing new inscriptions. And the teacher is quite strict... New session is previewed for September. Yet several workshops may take place in June. Send me your email, if wish, and I'll keep you informed.
There is another teacher, Rafael, he is more gentle. He gives classes in several places and ther will be a presentation of his "pupils" in Ferragudo in June. You are welcome to come and see that the same people you meet in streets attend the classes: no special requirements for age or size or eyes color.
The biggest problem in such classes is the reason of this my posting: many nice ladies and just a few partners for them. So no guarantee for flesh & blood !..

Though that doesn't mean less fun anyway. Come on, there are so many discoveries just round the corner !
