Shooting and Fishing

I am coming to Carvoeiro with a friend on Thursday 13th (tomorrow) for one week. I am going to be staying at the Tivoli Hotel Almansor and doing a spot of Diving. We would also like to Do some Sea fishing and some Shooting during our stay but I cant seem to find any info on local places to shoot ie. Clays or Hunting. or Details of good reliable fishing charter boats. We are both keen fishermen back home and are only interested in serious fishing and not just lounging about on a boat all day and drinking a few beers.

Please Help!
