Sky free to view, ITV CH 4 and 5 (Portugal)

Read this topic with interest, but am still none the wiser.

We wish to pick up English TV in Portugal.

WE do not have Sky in the UK.

What are our options in Portugal and what would be the monthly charge and initial set up with the box and dish please. Nearest town Lagos.
