walking past cassys bar ..I see its for sale...whaTs happened?..as advisors iin the Mona Lisa BBC show have they been ill advised themselves???

although it's a nice bar, well decorated and friendly people, it's in the wrong place. No sunny seating outside, no sea view without that it's just another bar. Imagine Smiler's stuck up that road

We made enquiries about the bar. Its €350.000,00 to buy or €1750 per month rent with 12 months rent up front. Dont know how much business they'd do there though.

NO WONDER THEY PACKED UP....AT THOSE PRICES NO ONE COULD MAKE IT WORK.

Yeah, what did happen to Cassy's bar? I recall one regular contributor on this site ( whose name escapes me ) thought it was the greatest and regularly hyped it up as the place to go! Maybe he/she could through some light on the matter.
